Adir Levi

Adir Levi has extensive work experience in various roles related to recruiting and human resources. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the HR Manager at The technological unit (81) of the IDF, where they managed human resources processes, advised and assisted managers in recruitment, and conducted interviews. In 2019, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at COMDA, where they managed the full-cycle recruiting process. Since 2020, they have been working at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, first as a Technical Recruiter and then as the Head of Recruiting Operations. In this role, they manage a recruiting team, oversees recruitment strategies for the Aviation group, measures compliance with goals, and reports recruitment data to the VP of HR. Adir is also responsible for problem-solving, market trend analysis, and collaboration with various business partners.

From 2016 to 2019, Adir Levi attended The Open University of Israel, where they obtained a B.a in Behavioral Sciences.
