Ilan Yosifon is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in the telecommunications and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Deputy Facility Manager at Israel Aerospace Industries since July 2016, Ilan oversees operations at the classified Golan Industries site, aligning with organizational objectives. Prior to this role, Ilan held positions including Operations Manager in the Sales Division at 3M Electronic Monitoring and Sales Engineer at ECI Telecom, managing customer relations across various regions.
