Tamir Bustnay

Tamir Bustnay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries since July 2023, Tamir also holds the position of CEO at PlastiDip Israel LTD. since January 2010. Tamir has contributed to academia as a lecturer at Technion - Machon Technolologi Le-Israel and Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where responsibilities included co-writing and lecturing on System Of Systems (SOS) Engineering and conducting research in theoretical systems engineering. Previous roles include VP Regulations at Experium, Senior Systems Engineer positions at e2eS and SMARTSHOOTER, and a System Engineer role at Biosense Webster. Educational achievements include a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, along with earlier studies in Mathematics, English, and Biology.
