Els Duffhues

Els Duffhues has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. Els worked at ICL Group from 2015 to the present, where they held the positions of Global Learning Director & Global Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Officer, and Learning & Organizational Development Manager Europe. Their responsibilities in these roles included developing training programs, implementing HR policies, managing talent processes, and supporting change programs.

Before joining ICL Group, Els worked at P&I AG from 2000 to 2014. Their roles at P&I AG included Per Procura (ppa), Head of Development KoPers, Subproject Manager KoPers, Manager International Development, Interim Manager International Development, and HR-IT Development/Consultancy. In these positions, they oversaw the development of HRM and payroll software, managed international development projects, introduced improvement processes, and served as a project manager and consultant.

Overall, Els Duffhues has extensive experience in learning and development, organizational development, talent management, and project management in the HRM and payroll software industry.

Els Duffhues obtained a Master's Degree in Personnel Sciences from Catholic University Brabant (KUB), The Netherlands, from 1995 to 1998. Els also attended the School of Applied Psychology and Human Resource in Tilburg, The Netherlands from 1991 to 1995, where they studied management, interview techniques, labor law, and employee relations. In 2008 to 2010, they participated in a Management Trainee Program focused on the individual development of management skills through intensive coaching. Additionally, Els Duffhues has obtained various certifications on LinkedIn, covering topics such as strategic thinking, employee experience, communication within teams, diversity and inclusion, and leadership. The certifications were obtained between 2021 and 2023.
