Sathaporn Srichuwong, PhD, is a seasoned professional in food technology and biotechnology with extensive experience in investment, innovation, and research. Currently serving as a Food Tech Investment lead at ICL PLANET Startup Hub, Sathaporn has been pivotal in technology scouting, sourcing, and technical due diligence for multiple strategic investments in food tech companies since December 2020. As a Senior Manager of Front-End Innovation at ICL Group, Sathaporn has a proven track record in corporate venturing and developing new business opportunities, having managed significant projects across various companies, including ICL Food Specialties and PTT Global Chemical. With a robust educational background in applied bioscience and biotechnology from Mie University, Sathaporn has contributed to advancements in bioethanol production and has built considerable expertise in carbohydrate and food ingredient science from roles at Nestlé and the National Food Research Institute.
