Thomas Murray

Thomas Murray is an experienced professional in research and development, currently serving as Director of Global R&D at ICL Group since January 2022, focusing on Phosphate Advanced Additives. Prior to this, Thomas held the position of Technical Director at Capital Resin Corporation, where responsibilities included leading new product innovations and managing the R&D group along with quality assurance and quality control. At ELANTAS PDG, Inc., Thomas managed a team of 30 engineers, chemists, and technicians, overseeing R&D, analytical services, and production support. Earlier roles included Director of Analytical Science at Chemir Polytech and Senior Research Specialist at Imation - 3M, with a strong foundation in chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (PhD) and the University of Missouri-Columbia (BS).
