Uri Perelman

Uri Perelman has extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Uri currently serves as the EVP and Chief Corporate Development Officer at ICL Group since December 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Corporate Development Officer at Similarweb from January 2022 to December 2023. From November 2012 to January 2022, they held the role of Global Head of M&A, Partners, and Corporate Development at NICE Ltd. Uri also worked at Orange as the Head of International Commercial Department from November 2009 to November 2012. Earlier in their career, they had a role as an Analyst at Everest from August 2006 to October 2009.

Uri Perelman completed an Executive Management Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2020. Uri is currently a PhD Candidate in Finance at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In the past, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Strategy from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business, Economics and Psychology, also from Tel Aviv University.
