Wayne Luedke

Wayne Luedke has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Wayne started their career in 1988 at ConAgra, where they held multiple positions in labor relations, HR generalist, and safety roles. Wayne then moved on to Solutia in 1999, where they worked as an HR director, providing HR direction for global facilities. In 2008, Wayne joined ICL Group as a Human Resources Director, managing the North American human capital investment and leading various HR initiatives. Wayne also served in leadership roles such as Head of HR Shared Services Americas and Head of HR Americas, providing strategic HR direction and managing multinational HR teams. Wayne was also part of the Global HR Harmonization Team, working on standardizing HRIS systems. Wayne is currently the VP of Americas Regional HRM at ICL Group, responsible for leading the HR function for North & South America and providing executive management support and strategic HR direction for ICL's global Phosphate Specialty business.

Wayne Luedke earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 1980 to 1986. Prior to that, they attended Waldorf-Pemberton HS from 1976 to 1980, although no degree or field of study information is available for this institution.
