Tomer Rosner

Tomer Rosner currently serves as a Senior Cyber GRC Consultant at IEC - Israel Electric Corporation since February 2023, following a role as a Senior Cyber GRC Analyst at Elbit Systems Ltd from February 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included establishing cybersecurity processes and designing controls. Tomer has also contributed to the ISACA Israel Chapter as an instructor for CISM and CRISC exam preparation between September 2019 and November 2022, teaching key risk management domains. Prior experience includes leading cybersecurity projects at introSight and serving as an Information Security Consultant at Madsec, focusing on risk assessments and security policy development. Tomer holds a Master’s Degree in Public and Internal Audit from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Haifa. Educational background also includes a high school degree in Electronics from Bosmat.
