Itaii Levanon

Itaii Levanon is an experienced professional in high-tech human capital management, currently serving as Director and Head of Human Capital in the High-Tech Department at the Israel Innovation Authority since February 2022. Simultaneously, Itaii holds the position of COO Engineer Directorate at Herzliya Municipality since March 2020. Previous roles include Head of Technological Academic HR Directorate at the IDF, and various leadership positions at the Israel Ministry of Defense, including Head of Economics, Planning & Resources Branch. Itaii's extensive background in budget management and resource planning spans across the Israeli Navy and includes a significant role as Israeli Navy & Air-force Liaison Officer to the US Navy. Ita's educational qualifications include an MBA in Accounting and Finance and a BA in Business & Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
