Roy Saliba

Roy Saliba has extensive experience in the field of product management and compensation business. Roy recently worked at ISS Corporate Solutions as the Managing Director and Head of Product and Compensation Business. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Global Compensation Products at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services for four years. Roy also worked as the Head of Products at Incentive Lab, a data and analytics firm specializing in executive compensation. Before that, they served as the Vice President and Senior Product Manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Roy began their career at Equity Methods, where they held various roles including Vice President of Product Management and Research and Financial Engineer. Overall, Roy has demonstrated expertise in the design, valuation, and management of performance-based incentive awards.

Roy Saliba obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Computer Information Systems from the W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University. Roy also holds a certification in Pragmatic Marketing from Pragmatic Marketing institution.
