Michael Jones

In the role of Chief Financial Officer, Michael Jones has responsibility for all financial planning and analysis, accounting, and financial reporting activities for the company. These responsibilities include cash flow management, credit, financing, expense control, and inventory control.

Michael brings over 20 years of financial and leadership experience to ISS Solutions. Before his promotion to Chief Financial Officer, Michael served as Corporate Controller and Divisional CFO for Condor Technology Solutions, acquired by ISS Solutions in 2002. Michael was instrumental in restructuring the organization to make it profitable and presentable for sale. He successfully oversaw the divestiture of three key operating segments.

Michael was Controller for Computer Hardware Maintenance Company. He managed the Systems Support Division, which had four operational locations and annual revenues in excess of $55M. Prior to this, Michael was an Accountant for Daniel Ferrari & Company. Michael, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a B.S. in accounting, an MBA in finance from La Salle University, and has attended the Wharton School of Business Executive Education program.

Michael resides in Langhorne, PA with his wife, Cindy, and their two daughters. Having grown up in Philadelphia, Michael enjoys watching and rooting for all the local professional sports teams. In his spare time, he also enjoys listening to music and reading.
