Michele Dileo has extensive experience in customer support and technical services, currently serving as a Help Desk Analyst at ISS Solutions since February 2011, where responsibilities include providing technical support and resolving hardware and software issues. Since September 2014, Michele has also been an Administrator for Ooh La La Micheles Reviews, balancing part-time blogging and brand ambassadorship as a hobby.
