Nikolaj Just Gram

Nikolaj Just Gram is a Senior Project Manager - Technical at ISS A/S since December 2024, specializing in project management and coordination of renovation projects within the financial, technological, healthcare, and property sectors. Previously, Nikolaj served as a VVS Engineer and Project Manager at Norconsult A/S from October 2021 to November 2024, overseeing HVAC and plumbing design for new construction and renovation projects. Experience also includes working as a Specialist Engineer at MOE A/S, where responsibilities spanned both design and implementation phases of projects. Nikolaj has been involved in sustainability initiatives as an external member of FRI Young Professionals' sustainability working group and held various engineering and project roles with companies including Tyréns AB and Sweco Danmark A/S. Nikolaj holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Energy, Mechanical, and Mechatronics from the Technical University of Denmark, completed in 2017.
