Rajat Sood is a professional with extensive experience in risk management and control testing. At ISS A/S, Rajat serves as Vice President - Global Risk and Control Testing, where Rajat designs, monitors, and reports on global control testing plans. Prior to their current role, Rajat worked at Barclays as Assistant Vice President - Third Party Risk and Assurance, where Rajat assessed emerging threats related to various risks and contributed to annual audit planning. With a background in internal audit and risk advisory, Rajat also worked at Grant Thornton India LLP as a Senior Risk Consultant and at HSBC as a Manager in Internal Risk and Control. Rajat holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mahatma Gandhi University.
