Jack Freund

Jack Freund is a highly experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in risk management and cyber risk quantification. As Vice President of the Board of Directors at ISSA Education Foundation since January 2023, Jack has taken on significant leadership roles, including serving as Chief Risk Officer at Kovrr, where responsibilities include developing advanced CRQ methodologies. Previously, Jack held key positions at organizations such as BitSight, RiskLens, and TIAA, focusing on cyber risk measurement, research, and team leadership. Jack's extensive education includes a PhD in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and multiple master's degrees related to project and telecommunications management.
