Igor Epshteyn

Igor Epshteyn is the CEO and President of ISsoft, a custom software development company. Igor has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various positions in project management, software development, and consulting.

Igor started their career as a consultant for Siemens in 1992. Igor then worked as a consultant for US Bank from 1993 to 1994. In July 1994, they joined CWC as a project manager. Igor was with CWC until March 1996.

In November 1996, Igor founded ISsoft. Under their leadership, the company has grown to become one of the leading custom software development firms in the world. Igor has also been instrumental in developing ISsoft's proprietary software development methodology, which is based on Agile and Scrum principles.

Igor Epshteyn has an MBA in Business Management from the University of Minnesota and a Certification in Sales Prospecting from LinkedIn. Igor also has an MSEE in Computer Science from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
