Laura Kenyon

Laura Kenyon has extensive experience in business analysis, particularly within law enforcement and defense sectors, having held multiple senior roles that emphasize digital transformation and process improvement. At the National Police Chiefs' Council, Laura worked as a Senior Business Analyst to facilitate the transition to the Single Online Home service. As a Lead Business Analyst at NIAXO and the National Crime Agency, Laura led data analysis and governance initiatives, focusing on user experiences and information management enhancements. Previous roles include significant contributions in cyber risk management at Templar Executives, leading e-disclosure projects at NPCC, and serving as Senior Consultant at Actica Consulting, among others. Laura holds an MMATH in Mathematics from the University of York.
