Pia Poder Johansen has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 when they worked as a Marketing Coordinator for Kongebro. In 2010, they completed an internship with the Danish Ministry of the Environment and also served as a Project Coordinator in the National HR Committee for the Red Cross Youth on a volunteer basis. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as Manager at Caf\u00e9 Altanen for Altan.dk A/S and then as a Project Manager, market & development and Supervisor for the same company. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant and Business Consultant for Slagelse Kommune and is currently working as a Recruitment & HR and Recruitment Operations Coordinator for Issuu. Additionally, they are also self-employed.

Pia Poder Johansen has a diverse educational background. Pia started their educational journey in 2004, when they attended Copenhagen Business College. Pia then attended Niels Brock from 2006-2008, where they earned an AP degree in Marketing Management with a focus on Communication. In 2009-2011, they attended Niels Brock again and earned a PBA in International Sales and Marketing Mangement. In 2011, they attended Ledernes Kompetence Center and earned a Project Management degree. Finally, they attended the University of Southern Denmark from 2011-2014, where they earned a Master of Science in Change Management.
