Peter Håstlund

Peter Håstlund has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Peter started their career in 1997 at IFS, where they worked as a System Developer, primarily focusing on developing IFS Applications in SQL Windows/Centura and PL/SQL. During their time at IFS, they also took on the responsibility of managing the development environment and program distribution, as well as providing in-house training for IFS employees.

In 2000, Peter joined Knowit as a System Developer, where they specialized in developing MTS/COM+ components in multilayer solutions with Visual Basic and working on internet solutions with ASP, Java-script, and SQL Server.

Peter returned to IFS in 2001 in the same role as a System Developer, continuing their work on IFS Applications development and taking charge of the development environment and program distribution.

In 2002, Peter joined Mirakelbolaget as a Product Owner/Project Manager. Their responsibilities involved managing the development of software for surf tablets and smartphones, as well as web applications for lighting and maintenance of the electricity network.

From 2013 to 2015, Peter worked at Delegia as a Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for delivering technical products to customers in multiple countries, including Germany, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and the USA. Peter also coordinated in-house production and development and maintained regular contact with customers.

Most recently, Peter joined IST Group in 2015, where they have held several leadership positions. Peter started as a Project Manager and Team Leader, overseeing project management and team coordination. Peter then became the Head of Project Management Office, responsible for managing project-related activities. Currently, Peter serves as the Head of Delivery & Services, leading the delivery of services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated a strong technical skillset and leadership capabilities, making valuable contributions in various roles within different organizations.

Peter Håstlund's education history includes a degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Network solutions, acquired from Åsö between 1996 and 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Power from Wasa Real, spanning from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Peter also holds certifications such as Certified Agile Leadership I obtained from Scrum Alliance in April 2017, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) obtained in March 2015.
