Torsten Egede Gross

Torsten Egede Gross has extensive experience in the IT and education sectors. Currently serving as Service Manager and Product Owner at IST Group since August 2005, Torsten specializes in incident management, 2nd level support, and consultation related to the public school system, while also conducting courses. Previous roles include Product Manager, focusing on stakeholder management, sprint planning, and backlog management. Prior experience includes positions as an IT consultant and Product Owner, successfully implementing new service agreements in Greenland and managing the integration of specialized systems across Greenlandic municipalities. Earlier in the career, Torsten worked as a teacher at Tasiilaq Skole and Bakkegårdsskolen and served in the Danish Armed Forces as an Overkonstabel. Torsten holds a Master's Degree in IT Management and Strategy from IT-Universitetet i København, alongside certifications in project management and as a Citrix Certified Administrator.
