Joe Hite

Joe Hite has worked in a variety of roles since 1987. Joe began their career at Casseco Plastic Products as a Senior Project Engineer, where they worked on workstation and production line improvement and received a patent on a hard shell chin strap for the NFL. Joe then moved on to Oscar Mayer as a Sr Cost Administrator and Sr Industrial Engineer, where they developed a throughput strategy and statistics production systems. In 1991, they became the Director of Supply Chain Management at Mueller Industries, Inc., where they provided strategic consulting, including business plans and the development of WMS systems. In 1997, they became the North America Director of IT at Sykes Enterprises, where they focused on developing the vision, solutions, and the implementation of global integration of manufacturing through fulfillment of customer orders. In 1999, they became a Senior Business Consultant at Integrated Systems & Services Group. From 2001 to 2003, they were the Director of Information Technology at VIAM USA. In 2004, they joined the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce as a Member. Finally, in 2003, they became the CEO of Integrated Solutions & Technologies, LLC, where they directed a group of technical service companies to guide and support clients through extreme growth periods.

Joe Hite attended Auston Peay State University from 1983 to 1984, where they earned an Associate's degree in Pre Engineering. Joe then attended Tennessee Technological University from 1985 to 1987, where they earned a BSIE in Engineering.
