Katherine Dolor is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in project management and operational management within the customer service sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at iSTA Solutions since August 2023, Katherine has built a robust background through prior roles at Concentrix, including Project Manager II and Deployment Operations Manager. Additional experience includes a Deployment Operations Manager position at iOPEX Technologies and a significant tenure at Teleperformance, where Katherine served as Assistant Center Manager and contributed to training and performance evaluation efforts. Katherine holds a degree from the University of Santo Tomas, awarded between 2006 and 2009.
