Nicole Steib

Nicole Steib has extensive experience in performance and quality assurance within the IT strategy field, serving as a specialist at ista since July 2015. In this role, Nicole has demonstrated expertise in knowledge management, process management, learning management, and quality management. Prior to this position, Nicole gained valuable experience as a working student in quality management at Cultural Care Au Pair from February 2012 to March 2014, and also worked as an au pair. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Cognitive and Media Science from the University of Duisburg-Essen, completed in 2019, and has furthered education through international experiences at Waseda University, Arapahoe Community College, and Spring Institute for Intercultural Learning between 2012 and 2018.
