Giuseppe Sindoni

Giuseppe Sindoni is an accomplished technology manager and academic with extensive experience in data management, statistical systems, and higher education. Currently serving as a Manager of Technology at ISTAT, Giuseppe leads a key component of the Twinning project focused on enhancing Cambodia's statistical system and is a member of the Strategic Committee for the FOSSR project. As an Adjunct Professor at Università degli studi Roma TRE, Giuseppe teaches Data Analytics and Computer Architecture. Previous roles include Director of Data Interoperability and Director of Data Management and Integration at Comune di Milano, as well as leadership positions at ISTAT, including Head of IT Infrastructure and Head of Population Census Division. Giuseppe's background includes work with the European Commission as an Independent Expert in the FP7, and significant teaching roles across various universities. Academic credentials include a PhD in Computer Science and a Laurea in Electronic Engineering from Università degli studi Roma TRE and Sapienza Università di Roma, respectively.
