Katja Brandt

Katja Brandt is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Istekki Oy since November 2021, focusing on leadership development, onboarding, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Katja worked as an HRD Coordinator at Tribedo Oy, where responsibilities included designing leadership programs and talent management processes.
