Sanna Heikkinen

Sanna Heikkinen is a Specialist in Effectiveness at Istekki Oy, focusing on innovation and development activities since January 2015, and also serves as a Software Robot Designer in the Artificial Intelligence and Automation team. Prior to this, Sanna held various roles related to quality management, research assistance, and customer service, including positions at the University of Eastern Finland and Lady Line Kuopio. Sanna's educational background comprises a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science and two Master of Science degrees in Health and Human Services Informatics and Computer Science, all from the University of Eastern Finland, with studies continuing until December 2023.
