Bilal Hayat

Bilal Hayat has a wealth of work experience, beginning with an internship at Citi in 2006. There, they edited the Citibank Emergency manual and conducted customer service satisfaction surveys. In 2010, they worked as a Business Development Consultant for UniPrint, where they learned about the printing industry and the off-set printing process, and coordinated and streamlined printing jobs. That same year, they worked as a Blogger and Sports Intern for Dawn Group of Newspapers, where they wrote successful sports blogs and was authorized to publish stories without prior approval of sport editors. In 2011, they were Partner and Head of Marketing for Arcadia, where they co-developed a complete business model for online order of organic cosmetics and developed packaging for alum crystal deodorant. In 2013, they were Co-founder and Managing Director of OfficeHub, handling operations, managing supply chain, and web development. That same year, they were Asst Marketing Manager for Sun Traders. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Afiniti, holding the roles of Professional Services Consultant, Manager of Client Services, Senior Associate of Client Services, and Associate of Client Services. Bilal currently holds the role of Senior Business Analyst at iStore iSend.

Bilal Hayat completed their BSc in Business from the University of London in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their A Levels from Lecole For Advanced Studies in 2006. Bilal also completed their O Levels from Bay View Academy between 2001 and 2004. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Data Science Course from The Johns Hopkins University, Data Science Math Skills from Duke University, Project Management from Pakistan Institute of Management, and SQL from W3Schools.com.
