Karolis Jonuška

Karolis Jonuška has extensive work experience in the legal field, particularly in the areas of fintech, software development, and M&A. Karolis worked as the Head of Legal at iSun AG, where they oversaw legal matters for the company. Prior to this, they held various roles at Binance, including Head of Legal Regulatory for several regions, where they were responsible for securing regulatory authorizations, leading audits and investigations, and advising top management on strategy and regulatory matters. Karolis also represented the company in events, meetings with regulators, and major partnerships. Karolis also worked as the Head of Legal at Binance Lithuania, focusing on compliance, analyzing new regulatory products and partnerships, and representing the company with regulators and partners. Earlier in their career, they served as the Head of Legal at WePower and as a Legal Counsel at Ignitis Group and Ignitis Lietuva, where they specialized in energy and energy commodities markets, compliance, risk management, and business development. Karolis also has experience as a Lecturer at Vilnius University Law Faculty and has worked on various projects in roles such as a trainer, project manager, and advisor. Karolis also worked as a Liaison Officer for the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2013.

Karolis Jonuška obtained their Master's Degree in International and EU law from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, where they attended from 2010 to 2015.
