Gavin Rich

Gavin Rich currently serves as the Manager of Alternate Parts and New Business Opportunities at Isuzu Motors South Africa, a position held since January 2019, focusing on developing new business prospects in the aftermarket parts sector. Previously, Gavin Rich has been with General Motors South Africa since July 2003, where roles included Operations Manager for Parts, Business Line Manager overseeing the Aftersales Collision Parts portfolio, and Aftersales Field Operations Manager. Notably, under Gavin Rich's leadership, the body repairer program in South Africa achieved industry-leading status.
