Earlier in their career, they served as a Sr. Systems Engineer at Atlas Telecom, a Software Engineer at ADC Kentrox, an Air Quality Meteorologist at Environmental Research and Technologies, and an Assistant to the State Climatologist at the Office of State Climatology of Oregon. Bruce'sareas of expertise include full-stack and API software design and programming, network services security, agile methodology, and network management software applications.
Bruce Kropp attended Oregon State University from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science / Physics. Prior to that, they also attended Oregon State University and completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology in 1984. Currently, Bruce is pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management of Science and Technology at Oregon Health & Science University, with an expected completion date in the future.
