Tamara Thweatt, MBA, MSTM has a diverse work experience in program management and consulting roles. Tamara currently works at ISYS Technologies as a Program Manager for NOAA. Prior to that, they worked at Innovative Consulting & Management Services, LLC as a Program Manager for NOAA from 2015 to 2019. Tamara also has experience as a Senior Consultant at ManTech, where they worked with the Department of Veteran Affairs from 2012 to 2015. Tamara worked as a Senior Consultant/Senior Business Analyst at Evans Incorporated from 2014 to 2015, focusing on projects for the FAA. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Teracore, Inc. from 2010 to 2012, where they worked with DHS, FEMA, and FPS. Tamara's professional journey began at FEMA, where they worked as a Program Analyst from 2007 to 2010.

Tamara Thweatt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Virginia Commonwealth University. Tamara also holds a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the same institution.
