Nate Shipman

Nate Shipman has a diverse work experience in the recruiting industry. Nate began their career as a Healthcare IT Recruiter at H/P Technologies, Inc. in 2005, where they developed relationships with candidates in the IT field and managed all communication and logistics related to interviews. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Recruiting Manager at Mediant Health Resources, Inc., where they trained new IT Recruiters, networked with candidates in the Healthcare IT field, and handled various aspects of the recruiting process. In 2014, they joined Randstad as an Account Manager for a brief period. In the same year, they joined Modis as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, where they focused on networking and developing relationships with candidates in the IT field. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at DIVERSANT, LLC as a Sr. Healthcare IT Recruiter, specializing in recruiting for various Healthcare Applications. Currently, they are a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Avalon Staffing, LLC, where they continue to network and develop relationships with IT candidates and manages all aspects of the recruitment process.

Nate Shipman attended Van Meter Community Schools from 1986 to 2000, where they pursued a general education. In 2000, they briefly enrolled at Iowa State University, focusing on business studies. However, no degree was mentioned for either institution.
