Manish Mahajan has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Manish started their career at Dell in 2008, where they held two roles. As a Client Technical Support Associate, they analyzed and resolved technical errors for customers, managed equipment replacements, and maintained records for the Research and Development team. Later, as a Senior Tech Support Associate, they provided troubleshooting services for Dell computers and laptops, maintained product databases, and delivered technical support. In 2015, Manish joined IT BY DESIGN as a Technical Support Specialist before being promoted to Senior System Administrator in 2021.

Manish Mahajan attended Himachal Pradesh University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Technical Support. During the same period, they also attended the Institute Of Engineering and Emerging Technologies in Baddi, India, and obtained another Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Manish Mahajan obtained the MCSA: Office 365 certification from Microsoft in May 2015. Manish also obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in November 2014. Additionally, they obtained the Techinal Support Specialist II and Technical Specialist I certifications from Datto, Inc. in December 2017. Finally, in December 2014, they obtained the MCSE: Server Infrastructure certification from Microsoft.
