Rustem Uspanov

Rustem Uspanov is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in DevOps and IT management. Currently serving as CEO of CORE 24/7 since November 2017, Rustem leads a DevOps-as-a-Service company providing round-the-clock production maintenance and developer support. As CTO of TAYYAB since November 2019, Rustem contributes to the development of an Islamic digital banking ecosystem. Rustem is also a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at 2R Ltd, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on technology innovators in the CIS region. Additional roles include membership in the IT CEO CLUB and a history of leadership in various technical positions, such as DevOps Team Lead at LLP SanScrIT and System Administrator Tech Lead at Группа компаний СВС. Educational credentials include a Master of Technology in Computers and Software from "Turan" University.
