Cécile Chopinet

Cécile Chopinet is the Group Human Resources Director at IT Link Group. Cécile has over eighteen years of experience in Human Resources, including ten years with IT Link. In their current role, they are responsible for leading a great challenge of improving IT Link's employees'life at work. This includes developing policy and direct and coordinate human resources activities, such as recruitment, employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services.

Prior to their current position, Ms. Chopinet was a Translator for 4-Text GmbH, where they were responsible for technical translations German to French + English to French. Cécile also worked for PSA Peugeot Citroën for eight years, where they held positions such as Project Manager in Human Resources and Junior Manager at the Customer Relations Department. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and planning careers within the TechnicalAftersales Department, establishing a system for taking account of skills in career opportunities, and internal communication. Cécile also managed a team of 12 customer advisors and was actively involved in the process of improving the quality of products and services of Citroën.
