Anna Polesiak is currently working as a Talent Planning & Recruitment Strategy Partner at IT Squad. Prior to this, Anna has held various roles in recruitment and talent acquisition at companies such as Accenture Poland, Wyser (GI Group), and Alpha HR Solutions. With a Master's degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and University of Warsaw, Anna has experience in conducting recruitment projects for middle and senior management, active candidate searches, conducting interviews, and building long-term business relationships with clients and candidates.
