Mahmoud Khairy

Mahmoud Khairy is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and account management. Currently serving as a Support Engineer at ITworks LLC since January 2016, Mahmoud specializes in network management, Active Directory, and Windows application troubleshooting. Recently appointed as a Key Account Manager at D 11 Technology, Mahmoud previously worked as an IT Adoption Specialist at HP, where support was provided to over 800 users and management of educational program equipment was undertaken.
