Andreas Stibi

Andreas Stibi has extensive experience in IT leadership and management, currently serving as Geschäftsführer at IT4IPM GmbH since January 2018, focusing on ensuring fair compensation for artists through innovative IT solutions. Prior to this role, Stibi held the position of Leiter IT Entwicklung & Betrieb at RI-Solution GmbH from January 2012 to December 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of 102 staff across three locations and managing the entire IT infrastructure in Germany and Austria. Stibi's earlier roles included Head of IT Infrastructure Operation and Abteilungsleiter Plattform Management, alongside a background as IT Projektleiter/Spezialist at BMW Group and IT Softwareentwickler at NSE Software AG. Stibi earned a Diplom in Geophysik und Seismologie from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München between 1992 and 1997.
