Jenna McElroy

Jenna McElroy has a diverse work experience across various industries. Jenna most recently worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at ITA International starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon as a Client Lead from 2022 to 2022. Jenna also had a previous stint at ITA International, serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2021 to 2022 and as a Senior Recruiter from 2017 to 2021. Before joining ITA International, Jenna worked at Aerotek, where they held roles as an Account Manager/Recruiting Manager from 2013 to 2017 and as a Recruiter from 2012 to 2013. Jenna began their career at Vienna Inn, working as a Shift Manager and Waitress from 2007 to 2012.

Jenna McElroy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Psychology from Christopher Newport University, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. In December 2020, they obtained a SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty certification from SHRM.
