Katelyn Byrd

Katelyn Byrd leads the Growth Team which supports the achievement of corporate growth goals through the development of innovative solutions architecture to support the customer’s mission, facilitation of the capture process, and the marketing of ITA through a robust strategic communications strategy.

Katelyn believes that ITAers are at the very heart of the organization, and takes great pride in leading a People Group that supports every ITAer both professionally and personally.

Katelyn previously served at the pleasure of Attorney General Kenneth T. Cuccinelli III as Director of Administration, overseeing support services in Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Office Operations for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Katelyn has served in progressive leadership roles since beginning her tenure at ITA in 2014, within the Customer Solutions, Operations, and Marketing and Communications departments.

Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business.
