Janine Alicia Groenwold

Janine Alicia Groenwold is an experienced civil engineer with a career spanning over a decade in the energy sector. Since October 2013, Janine has held the position of Engenheira Civil at Itaipu Binacional. Previously, from October 2011 to October 2013, Janine served as Supervisora Projeto Executivo at Electra Power Geração de Energia SA, where responsibilities included the development of small hydropower plant projects and managing supplier contracts. Earlier experience includes a role as Engenheira Civil Trainee at Gempre from March 2011 to October 2011, focusing on basic project development for small hydropower plants. Janine holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná and a specialization in Project Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, along with a post-graduate certification in Economic Engineering from Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná.
