Ryan McNaught is a seasoned professional in business intelligence, data, and analytics, currently serving as the Head of BI, Data and Analytics at iTalent Digital since September 2023. With over a decade of experience at Slalom as Director of Data & Analytics, Ryan expertly defined data strategies for more than 35 clients across various industries and modernized client data cultures through cloud solutions. Prior roles include Senior Managing Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, where Ryan advised senior leadership on analytics integration, and Business Analytics Leader at UST Global, focusing on strategic consulting for information management. Ryan also served as a Business Intelligence Solutions Architect at BearingPoint Australia, where impactful solutions were developed for Westpac Bank. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Illinois State University.
