Ilaria Trespidi

Ilaria Trespidi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ilaria currently holds the position of Head of Business Intelligence and Marketing Automation at AIRC - The Italian Foundation for Cancer Research ETS, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Sky Italia, where they held various roles including Managing Director - Content Marketing and Commercial, Director Customer Retention, Head of Customer Retention Operations, Head of Customer Care Improvement, and Head of Customer Care Budgeting and Planning. Before joining Sky Italia, Ilaria worked at eBay as a Trust & Safety Manager, where they focused on analyzing customer behavior and developing initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and prevent fraud. Ilaria also has experience as a Manager at Value Partners, an Analyst at Ambrosetti Stern Stewart Italia, and an Analyst in M&A Division at Meliorbanca Group - Gallo SpA, where they were involved in various roles ranging from industry analysis to business plan development.

Ilaria Trespidi holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a major in Corporate Finance, from Università Bocconi, which they completed from 1998 to 2003. In 2014, they also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from MIP Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business. In terms of further education, Ilaria enrolled in Social Change School for the academic year 2021-2022, where they pursued Project Management for international cooperation and local development. Ilaria is currently studying at Social Change School for the academic year 2022-2023, focusing on Fundraising, CSR, and sustainability.
