Heather Phillips

Heather Phillips has a diverse work experience in various industries, including kitchen and bath design, environmental engineering, cabinetry, and sales. Heather started their career as a Sales Engineer at Willing and Associates, Inc in 2000 and then moved on to work as a Sr. Account Executive at Repro Products, Inc. In 2008, they became a Southeastern Regional Sales Representative for Leedo Cabinetry, where they successfully developed relationships with architects, owners, developers, and general contractors. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as the Director of National and International Sales for Larte Della Cucina, focusing on brand development, territory growth, and new product implementation. In 2014, they joined EE&G Environmental Engineering as the Business Development Manager, responsible for driving sales activities and acquiring new business. Heather was later promoted to Director of Business Development for the southeastern United States. Most recently, they worked as the Managing Director National Accounts at ITALKRAFT, where they utilized their expertise in kitchen and bathroom design for high-rise buildings and private residences in the US and Latin America.

Heather Phillips graduated from East Georgia State College in 1996 with an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies. Heather then pursued further education at the Parker College of Business-Georgia Southern University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 1999.
