Michele Saracino

Michele Saracino is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief HR & Organization Officer at Italtel since April 2022, Michele focuses on integrating traditional technologies with new developments in hybrid-cloud and cybersecurity. Prior to this, Michele held multiple positions at Natuzzi from February 2011 to April 2022, including Human Resources Director, where the responsibilities encompassed talent management and establishing a high-performance culture. Previous roles include HR leadership at Calia Italia and CONSORZIO EUROSEL, as well as a web content editor position at FININTERNET Group Milano. Michele holds degrees in Economics and Modern Literature from SDA Bocconi and Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Literature, History, and Philosophy from Collegio Augustinianum.
