James Mason is the current Group IT Manager at Italtile Ltd. James has over fifteen years of experience in the IT field. Prior to their current position, they worked as an IT Manager for National Ceramic Industries and Xylem Water & Wastewater. James also has experience as an IT Support Engineer for Netvision Network Solutions. Throughout their career, James has been responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development. James has also managed and provided hardware and software maintenance for various companies. In their current role, they are responsible for the IT strategy, budgeting, audit & risk, innovation project portfolio, service delivery to the business, vendor management, and licensing & compliance for the Italtile Group. Under their leadership, the company has put in motion a digital transformation strategy with the goal of creating the perfect customer experience across all four of their retail brands. To support this transformation, they have initiated several projects to consolidate and unify their information technology systems. As a result of James's dedication and expertise, the Italtile Group is well on their way to becoming a digital trailblazer in the retail industry.
