Jean-Yves Guyomard

Jean-Yves Guyomard currently serves as the Responsable Pylônes à Construire (PAC) at ITAS since June 2020, overseeing governance, management, and KPIs for contracts with operators and tower companies. Prior to this role, Jean-Yves held the position of National Project Manager for wireless deployments at TDF from January 2011 to June 2020, where responsibilities included managing the RAN-sharing deployment for Bouygues Telecom and expanding M2M networks in France. Jean-Yves also has experience as a Deployment Forecast Engineer, providing resource and equipment forecasts for broadcasting and telecommunications. Earlier, Jean-Yves worked in various roles at Nortel, including leading budget governance across EMEA projects and managing wireless operations metrics. Additionally, Jean-Yves contributed as a Site and Construction Engineer at First Line Consulting for KPN-Orange deployments and served as Chargé d'affaires at SOFRER. Jean-Yves holds an engineering degree in Maintenance from Ecole Superieure des Sciences et Technologies de l'Ingenieur de Nancy, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
