Paulina Gonzalez Troncoso

Paulina Gonzalez Troncoso has over 15 years of work experience in the field of UX research and design. Paulina is currently working as the UX Research Lead at Itaú Chile since March 2022. Prior to this, they were a UX Research Senior at Falabella Retail S.A from January 2021 to February 2022. Paulina also worked at Multiplica, where they held various roles including UX Consultant from July 2014 to 2017, and Responsable UX from 2018 to 2021. Paulina also served as the Director of Research & Operations at Puntolab from November 2017 to December 2018. Before joining Multiplica, Paulina worked as an Information Architect at Fusiona from January 2012 to July 2014, and as a Designer/Information Architect/Web Master at Anticipa S.A. from January 2007 to January 2012. In addition to their professional experience, Paulina is the leader and organizer of User Research Nights Chile, a community dedicated to promoting user research practices.

Paulina Gonzalez Troncoso obtained a Licenciatura en Diseño en Comunicación Visual degree from UTEM from 1994 to 2000. In 2011, they completed a Diplomado Comunicación y Marketing Digital program from Universidad Mayor.
