Shawn Jones has a varied work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and cloud engineering. Shawn is currently working as a Sr. IT Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer at nymbly, where they provide design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems and services. Shawn also offers expert-level support for cloud-based systems, applications, and cybersecurity solutions. Shawn collaborates closely with client application development teams to provide secure CI/CD engineering support and resolve complex technical security issues. Shawn continuously improves and optimizes IT infrastructure and cloud systems for maximum availability, security, and confidentiality. Shawn stays updated with the latest trends and developments in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and middleware engineering to provide clients with the best solutions.

Previously, Shawn worked as a Sr. DevOps Engineer at ITC Federal from September 2017 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Systems/Middleware Engineer at Clovis, a division of Eliassen Group from July 2013 to September 2017. Shawn also worked as a Sr. Systems Engineer at CSRA Inc in 2015. Additionally, Shawn has experience as a Sr. Systems Engineer at KSJ & Associates, Inc. in 2013, a Systems Engineer at Armedia in 2012, and a Systems Engineer at USTP from 2005 to 2012.

Shawn Jones attended Strayer University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Information Systems degree. Their field of study focused on Computer Information Systems.
